Club Themes and Conditions

1. WpGoMad.com will release two new themes per month, which guarantees you 24 themes in total within your one year membership.

2. WpGoMad.com club themes products and services are irrevocable. Therefore, it’s not refundable. There is no trial membership period available for any services provided at WpGoMad.com.

3. Use our themes at your own risk. They are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for them. You’re responsible for making sure they work. If you have problems with instalation of the themes, you may need to look at the tips & tricks page for informations or hire us to install them for you.

4. WpGoMad.com and the site owners + employees are not liable for anything, regarding the use of the club’s products, content and services.

5. You can use WpGoMad.com themes on as many domain names as you wish…there is no extra charges for 2dn or more domain names.

6. You are free to use club themes for your clients’ projects / websites or your personal needs. Number of projects is not limited (FOR NOW)

Licencing

1. You may not resell or redistribute WpGoMad’s club themes. Do not give them away on a website, CD, or any other medium.

2. You are not free share your password and account with anyone else. You are not free to sub-license the original themes and their individual files to and with anyone else, unless a specific license within the theme states otherwise.

3. You may not claim intellectual and exclusive ownership to any of the themes. Our themes are created by multiple designers and firms and the original licences belong to them!

4. You may modify themes. However, you may not modify and then resell, unless the modified versions are drastically different from the originals.
